Which Ford Galaxy radios are covered

Ford Galaxy radios fitted by Ford usually have a serial that starts with M or V followed by 6 digits. Some early Galaxy models (built together with the VW Sharan) may have a VW-type radio instead – check the label. If the label shows a VW-type serial, use the request form. How to enter the code on a Ford Galaxy
